Chattermax Mask

My first Cricut project - a Chattermax Halloween mask from Bluey!

Chattermax Mask

My nieces and I are very into the show Bluey and for Halloween they both went as Bluey and Bingo. As the overinvolved Auntie that I am, I decided I would go as Chattermax!

For those who aren't familiar, Chattermax is a toy (based on the real life Furby) in the children's TV show Bluey.

It was my first time using my Cricut for a project and honestly, I have a lot more to learn about the software itself. I didn't have a lot of time to learn how to use the software because I ended up working on this mask the weekend before we went trick-or-treating...

For this project I used craft foam, scrapbook paper, some tulle (for the eyes), some elastic string, glue, and of course, my Cricut! I had intended on writing out a more in-depth tutorial of how I went about making the mask but it is now January and I made this back in October. Instead I'm just going to share a couple photos and the link to the Cricut project if you're interested in making it yourself.

You can find the Chattermax project on the Cricut design space here. Note: some of the pieces don't line up perfectly. Like I said, this was my first Cricut project and I wasn't familiar with the software at all. I'm not sure I'll get around to updating it as it already took me several months to even post a blog about it.
